Discovery Stop
College of Marin, IVC
The College of Marin Indian Valley Campus is located at the western end of Ignacio Blvd. The campus is ringed by the Indian Valley Preserve. You can download a trail map to help navigate this huge preserve.This campus is also home to an Olympic-sized swimming pool which serves as the home pool for both youth and adult swim leagues. There are also soccer and softball fields that are regularly used by Novato teams.

The Discovery Stop signs for this stop are located at the trailheads of the Pacheco Pond Fire Road and the Indian Valley Fire Road.

Hiking is a great activity on campus and in the surrounding Indian Valley Preserve.
If you want to bike
Mountain bikes are permitted on the fire roads in the Indian Valley Preserve and on the campus pathways.
Parking considerations
The parking in campus lots requires a $4 daily permit. Indian Valley Campus lots 1 and 2 have 3 one hour spaces. There is also a 10 minute child care drop off in lot 5. No permit is necessary in these spaces.
Dogs
Indian Valley Preserve is a popular dog walking destination. Dogs are permitted to be under voice control or leash on the fire roads.
